INTENTIONAL MOVEMENT
delve into the physical practice or asana side of yoga. this class will be gentle stretches, postures and flows designed to cultivate inner-knowing, self- regulation and acceptance.
BREATH WORK & MEDITATION
experience a wide array of meditation techniques such as mindfulness, mantra, guided, body scan, chakra focus or seasonally influenced all focused on wringing out the unnecessary to connect with truth. explore the life force energy through a practice of pranayama (energy control) with breath work exercises.
TUESDAY NIGHT RITUAL
a methodical release of muscular, emotional and mental tension space is created to relax, restructure & reform yourself from within. No experience needed.
SATURDAY SADHANA
commit to a consistent weekly practice full of breathing exercises, chanting, repetitive poses, stress relieving movement and meditation.
